Attack(s)Electricity, Thunderbolts, Paralysis
Floral FinisherGalestorm

Thunder Ear is a Thunder God's drum that has been corrupted and turned to the side of evil by Demons. It is said that a cool wind might calm them down as music soothes the savage beast. It takes the form of a drum with giant ears and a form of rattle drum mounted ontop of it.

They are first encountered in the Moon Tribe Ruins. They will drop a Lightning Crystal in the Arena, when Power Slashed, as their alternate Floral Finisher. They can be used as a source of electricity by Chibiterasu for Thunderstorm.

Strategy
They are invulnerable to attack unless their electrical covering is removed. When Chibiterasu acquires Galestorm, this can be used to blow it away at will. However, until this he must simply wait till it drops the cover itself. Touching it when it is shrouded in electricity will paralyse Chibiterasu temporarily. Sometimes, it will turn itself upside down, summon great thunderclouds and fly around the arena, shooting thunder. Galestorm can be used to blow it from the sky, stunning it momentarily. Other times it will spin around and emit bolts of electricity.

Bestiary Entry
"A thunder god's drum that has been drafted to the side of evil. Corrupted by demons, it now only creates an awful, cacophonous beat. Where music soothes the savage beast, a cool wind might calm this one."

[edit] Ice Lip

Appearance(s)Okamiden
First Encounter5-Story Pagoda
WeaknessesInferno
Attack(s)Ice Beam, Ice Cloak, Freeze
Floral FinisherInferno
Power Slash

This is the form of a Red Imp who has merged with their top. As it is so cold, it is untouchable. However fire is often the best weapon. It resembles a spinning top carved from ice with a straw hat upon it's head and giant red lips on it's front. Red Imps are seen riding these tops.

They are first encountered in the 5-Story Pagoda. They will drop a Water Crystal in the Arena, when Power Slashed, as their alternate Floral Finisher. They can be used as a source of water by Chibiterasu for Waterspout.

Strategy
As it is covered in an icy cloak, touching it will freeze Chibiterasu and hurt him. Inferno must be used to melt the ice, otherwise it will be invulnerable. Until Inferno is obtained, Chibiterasu must simply wait for it to drop its cover itself. Melting the ice will stun it momentarily. It can also attack by spinning around and shooting a beam of ice at Chibiterasu.

Bestiary Entry
"A fiery spinning top is usually taken as an ill omen. More so when it has a large demonic eye at its center such as Fire Eye. Legend holds this demon was once a boy who had failed to notice a fire engulf his house, and then him and his top as well."

Waterspout
Attack(s)Flame Thrower, Flame Body, Burn
Floral FinisherWater Spout
Power Slash

The legends goes that the Fire Eye was once a young boy who did not notice when fire engulfed his house and eventually himself and his top. Their appearance are taken as bad signs, especially the larger it's eye is. I takes the form of an elaborate wood spinning top with an arrow atop of it and a lighted fuse that coils its way around from the top of the top to around the base.

They are first encountered in the Demon Market. They will drop a Fire Crystal in the Arena, when Power Slashed, as their alternate Floral Finisher. They can be used as a source of fire by Chibiterasu for Inferno.

Strategy
As it is covered in an fiery cloak, touching it will burn Chibiterasu, hurting him in the process. Waterspout can be used to extinguish the fire or Galestorm will blow the flames away, otherwise it will be invulnerable. Until Waterspout or Galestorm is obtained, Chibiterasu must simply wait for it to drop its cover itself. Extinguishing its flames will stun it momentarily. It can also attack by spinning around and shooting a beam of fire at Chibiterasu.

Bestiary Entry

Appearance(s)Okamiden
First EncounterMoon Cave Nine Months Ago
WeaknessesVaries on Form
Attack(s)Varies on Form
Floral FinisherVaries on Form
Power Slash

This is a top that was transformed into evil after a Demon picked it up. Before this, it was a toy that nobody wanted to play with. It now takes the form of other Tops as it is very plain and has no special features. However, its constant mimicry means that is scars other featureless surfaces. In it's true form, it resembles just a plain wooden spinning top. When it takes on the form of another top, it also develops the tops most prominent feature for example, the Fire Eye's eye, the Ice Lip's Mouth and the Thunder Ear's ear.

They are first encountered in Moon Cave nine months ago. It will drop an Elemental Crystal in the Arena as their alternate Floral Finisher if Power Slash is used on them. The crystal element depends on whichever form they have taken before their death.

Strategy
Before Chibiterasu can hurt it, its elemental cover must be removed. Galestorm and Waterspout remove fire, Galestorm removes electricity and Inferno removes ice.

Bestiary Entry
"The toy no one wanted to play with became a demon when one picked it up. It has no distinguishing features, and chooses to mimic other demon tops. It's perpetual mimicry has led to scarring on its featureless surface."
